Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at official@home-goods.co.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
